Nalusuan Island has been a well-known destination on the local island of Cebu circuit for years. The owners of the island have designated the area encircling Nalusuan Island as a Marine Sanctuary for several years.The swimming area is well protected so it's excellent for kids. Upon setting foot on the island you pass by a large man-made salt water pool that contains a variety of local marine life, Sea Turtles, Lapu-Lapu (a local species of grouper) and other species can be seen.
